No watermarks are to be placed on the final images.

You must be able to provide the high-resolution files 300dpi. Mobile phone pictures, screenshots, Facebook images, low resolution or blurry pictures, will not be accepted, if at the time of page design, we find the image to lacking in quality, we have the right to omit said image without prior notice.

Photos /images, that are selected must be received in a timely manner any received after the required time, may not be included in the issue publication.

No inappropriate content, or content that is not in keeping with the subject of the issue being submitted too

You must have permission or hold the copyright and model release to the image you are submitting for publication consideration: models, photographers, designers, hair & makeup and any other creative team member needs to be consulted and permission needs to be gained by the submitter.

Do not submit any photo to Bump Baby & Beyond Magazine that you do not have authority to submit/use.

When submitting to our magazine either on our Facebook page or through our submission form on our website, you must include the model’s name, age (if under 18years of age), photographer, designer, hair/MUA, any other creative member and location (country).

By the submission of any photo/image to Bump Baby & Beyond Magazine, through any platform, you agree that you own all rights to each submitted photo/image and hold the full rights and permissions necessary to enter the photo for publication consideration, which may or may not be selected for publication in Bump Baby & Beyond Magazine and may appear on one or more platforms as follows: our publicly distributed online digital and/or print magazine, on Bump Baby & Beyond Magazines website, Facebook, Instagram and for any/all other promotional advertisements. By submitting a photo or image to Bump Baby & Beyond Magazine you are giving Bump Baby & Beyond Magazine the right to use photos, you agree and hold Bump Baby & Beyond Magazine harmless of any and all copyrights of photos.

There is no monetary compensation/compensation in any form given by Bump Baby & Beyond Magazine for any of the photos/images published/used within its magazine.

You are not obliged in any way to purchase Bump Baby & Beyond Magazine.
